Michelle Mollineaux
Youth At Risk Advocate, High-Tech Professional

Michelle Mollineaux brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development within the high-tech sector, having worked with leading companies such as ZEMA Global Data, Layer 7 Technologies (Broadcom), and TELUS Enterprise Solutions. She is also the co-founder of KoolProjects, a social enterprise platform supporting project collaboration.

Currently, Michelle works for a global energy and commodities pricing company as a Partnership Marketing Manager and organizer of the Mid C Seminar, a Power and Gas conference in Washington State.

Beyond her corporate career, Michelle is a passionate advocate for Youth at Risk. She has been a strong supporter of NASKARZ (Never Again Steal Karz), a program that provides mentorship and automotive skills training to at-risk youth, helping them build positive futures. She also developed the award-winning Opening the Door program, connecting young people with leaders in STEM fields.

Michelle has made a lasting impact in education, sports, and the non-profit sector. An advocate for youth in sports, she was formerly a board member for the Vancouver Youth Soccer Association and president of the KLM Soccer Club, a community youth soccer organization. She also served on the boards of BC’s nursing colleges, playing a key role in their merger.

Recognized as one of the 10 Most Inspiring Women Leaders of 2022 by Industry Era Women Leaders magazine, she continues to mentor youth and support community initiatives.

Michelle was the Conservative Party candidate for Richmond-Steveston in the 2024 BC Provincial Elections.
